                Magic Land Al Hokair Company, owned by Abdul Mohsen Al Hokair Holding Group, a leader in the field of tourism and entertainment, in cooperation with the EMPC, launched the “Tanza” project according to the usufruct system, which is considered the largest integrated entertainment project in Egypt, financed with investments amounting to one billion and one hundred million EGP. The launching was attended by Mr. Abdel Fattah Al-Gabali. EMPC Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Mahmoud Gaber, CEO of the project, an elite group of pioneers in industry, entertainment and tourism investment, a number of EMPC officials and Al Hokair Group, and representatives of local, Arab and international media. This comes within the framework of the strategic cooperation between the group and EMPC.

In his speech on this occasion, Al-Gabali stressed that the Egyptian-Saudi strategic relations are currently witnessing strength and cooperation in all fields, with the support of the political leaders of both countries, President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, His Majesty King Salman bin Abdulaziz, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and his Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, pointing out to the importance of economic relations between the two countries, which is one of the main important axes of relations between them, especially after Egypt has removed all the difficulties and complications facing investors, and opportunities became promising for investment in Egypt.

In this context, Al-Gibali welcomed the existing cooperation between EMPC and the Al Hokair Group in launching the “Tanza” project, whose investment exceeds thirty million dollars. Al-Gibali added that EMPC provided full support for the project, including the technical services, facilities, logistical support, and all administrative and customs facilities. He said that EMPC, as the largest media edifice in the region, is looking forward to having more cooperation with Al Hokair group, pointing to the importance of launching such projects in pushing relations between the two countries to greater heights.

At the end of his speech, Al-Gibali expressed Egypt’s keenness to strengthen its relationship with the Kingdom in all fields in light of the active economic boom that the two countries are currently witnessing and a new development era. He also expressed his sincere appreciation and gratitude to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its king, government and people, to the Abdul Mohsen Al-Hokair Group, with all its leadership and employees, and to the honorable attendees on this important occasion, wishing them further progress, success and prosperity.

For his part, Mahmoud Gaber, CEO of the “Tanza” project, expressed his happiness with the launching of this project today, which is a new cornerstone in the tourism and entertainment sector in the Middle East, as it presents a new concept in the world of tourism and entertainment in Egypt due to its huge production capacity and capabilities to advance to the global level. It includes a group of the largest specialists in the Middle East to match the accuracy and standards of the largest integrated entertainment projects in the world.

He added that the project includes seven entertainment areas: the continents area, the acceleration area, the sports area, the forest area, the cinema and theater area, the children’s area and the dolphinarium, so that each area is distinguished by its exceptional entertainment privacy. 

It is noteworthy to mention that Al Hokair Holding Group is a leading Saudi group in the field of tourism and entertainment in the Middle East and North Africa.
