On Tuesday 19th
Dec. 2023, a delegation of African media professionals visited EMPC to closely
inspect its technological and scientific capabilities and technical centers.
The African delegation
visited Egypt to attend the 38th basic training course for
French-speaking African media professionals organized by the Supreme Council
for Media Regulation in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The delegation
started the tour around EMPC with the Up Skill Training and Development Center.
They inspected its training halls and listened to an explanation from those in
charge on how the center operates. Afterwards, the delegation visited the
Audio-Visual Heritage Center through which the photographic treasures of old
movies are preserved, protected from deterioration and preserved for future
generations. They also visited the editing unit and the master control room.
At the end of
the visit, the delegation had a tour around EMPC back lots where they saw the
ongoing preparations for filming many series and artistic productions soon.
