Egyptian Media Production City co. (EMPC) Honored for its role in restoring the movie “People at the Top”

            Dr. Ghada Jebara, President of the Academy of Arts, and representative of the Syndicate of Cinema Professions, extended her thanks and appreciation to EMPC headed by Mr. Abdel Fattah Al-Jabali, Chairman of the Board of Directors, for the great effort made by EMPC Center for the Restoration of Audiovisual Heritage in restoring the movie “People at the top.”; Which was produced in 1981 by the great director Ali Badrakhan and starred by the great stars Nour El Sharif, Souad Hosni, Izzat Al-Alayli, and Omar Hariri. The Center transferred the movie's image to 4K quality, in addition to performing the processes of digital restoration and color correction.

This came during the syndicate’s celebration of the movie screening at one of the private cinemas, after completing the movie’s restoration processes that were carried out by the center. During the celebration, certificates of appreciation were given to the engineers and technicians of the Heritage Center who participated in restoring the movie and creating a final high-quality image.
